2. Products & Availability
2.1 Product Descriptions
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, and colours are accurate. However, variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted finishes.
2.2 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Price Changes
Prices may change without notice. Orders will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
4. Orders & Cancellations
4.1 Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order until payment has been processed.
4.2 Order Cancellation (Change of Mind)
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. A cancellation fee of up to 30% of the order value may apply to cover administration and handling costs.
4.3 Cancelled or Unfulfilled Orders
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
5. Delivery & Shipping
5.1 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
5.2 Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are accurate. Vanik Living is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided.
5.3 Risk & Title
Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods transfers once payment has been received in full.
6. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit
6.1 Change of Mind Returns
You may request a return for change of mind provided that:

the request is made within 7 days of receiving the goods; and

the goods are unused, unassembled, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
6.2 Return Costs & Fees

Change of mind returns incur a 30% return/cancellation fee if refunded to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6.3 Store Credit
You may choose Store Credit instead of a refund. Store Credit:

is issued for the full item value (less delivery costs);

is valid for 36 months from the issue date; and
-
is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
6.4 Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

items that have been assembled, installed, or used;

items not in original condition;

items returned outside the stated timeframe (unless required by law).
7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
7.1 Reporting Issues
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
7.2 Assessment & Remedy
Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
7.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the goods.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
9. Warranties & Care
9.1 Product Care
Care instructions provided with products must be followed. Natural materials may vary in colour, grain, and texture.
9.2 Warranty Limitations
Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow care instructions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanik Living is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
